Big Cat Energy Silk Scarf
Big Cat Energy Silk Scarf
Made from lightweight 8mm 100% silk habotai finished with a machine-rolled baby hem. These scarves are printed using permanent reactive inks that bond to the cell of the fiber so the print will retain its vibrancy and never fade with use or washing. These scarves are available in a small bandana style size all the way up to 50”x50” that can be worn as a shawl, sarong, head wrap, or whatever innovative way you desire!
These scarves are created from the original artwork of Jozie Furchgott Sourdiffe and are manufactured in Montreal, Canada. The manufacturer is committed to safe work practices for their employees who are paid fair wages. They are also committed to reducing their environmental impact. They reduce their carbon footprint by manufacturing and sourcing locally. They recycle all paper waste and any excess items or imperfect garments are donated.
Feisty Ink Threads is made by print-on-demand which helps lessen its environmental impact. Around 85% of all textiles produced by the fashion industry end up in landfills, making it a major contributor to environmental damage. One of every five garments goes to a landfill without being worn even once. By choosing print-on-demand, you choose apparel that's created only as the order is placed, creating less fabric waste than conventional manufacturing.
